Florence is one hour away by bus or 45 minutes by car. We strongly recommend that you leave your car in Greve and take the comfortable bus into central Florence which is in any case closed to non-resident traffic.

Sienna, in contrast, is best reached by car, either along the scenic via Chiantigiana or by the motorway. Both routes take less than an hour.
